Hallmark Pools Hills District was established in 2015 by James Halloran — a structural builder who identified a fundamental problem in the local pool industry: standard builders were applying flat-block methodologies to the Hills District’s complex, sloping terrain. Today, our team of project managers, a design consultant, and a network of twelve pre-vetted specialist subcontractors has delivered more than 100 custom concrete pools across the Hills District — on the reactive clay soils of Kenthurst, the sandstone shelves of Dural, and the steep acreage blocks of Glenhaven that other builders walk away from.
